Claudio Bellini hails as one of the most influential European designers today, with an influence in furniture and product design as well as architecture. Currently, he is expanding his expertise worldwide while headquartered in Milan, where he also lives; his roots are there, too, as he graduated from the renowned Polytechnic University of Milan with a degree in architecture and industrial design.
Since then, he has participated in many types of projects and competitions, founded design studios Atelier Bellini and Claudio Bellini Design, partnered with leading furniture companies, and established a focused interest and original approach to the relationship between new technologies and creative procedures. His developments in this area have significantly impacted the evolution of trends in the workplace environment. He describes his creative process as a mind adventure, free of any prejudice, animated only by enthusiasm, curiosity, and optimism, thus leading him to receive several international design awards, including the prestigious Red Dot, IF, and Good Design awards.
