Not only is this a practical storage and display solution but a sculptural focal point in the area.

Spectacular (but the assembly!)
My daughter uses the shelf as a background for Zoom calls and is constantly asked about them, often with amazement. They are every bit as spectacular as the photos show. Item placement, which is usually not shown in images, is like 3 dimensional chess to keep pieces from shading one another all the way to the bottom tier.
We are currently reassembling after a remodel and it is as nightmarish as I remembered. The instructions are minimal (but follow them carefully). The posts should be screwed down so they are at the angle in the drawing with the laminations perpendicular to the face of the shelving (this is the main clue you have them aligned correctly for the next shelf). The primary variable is the continuously threaded bolts. They are spinning at both ends as the posts are threaded on and arriving at a good tension level with the posts aligned for the next glass holes is hit or miss. Some I just cannot get to the right position and I have settled for a looser fit than I prefer.
Our hope is to be dead by the time a need arises to take them down and reassemble.
