Dragon marks a bold new chapter for Terzani, the brand’s first creation conceived purely as a sculptural masterpiece. Forged in a historic Tuscan foundry, this polished brass work is not a light fixture in the traditional sense, but a radiant expression of artistry, craftsmanship, and myth. Designed by Dodo Arslan, Dragon channels the ancient symbolism of the dragon in Chinese mythology, a celestial force of creation, transformation, and harmony. More than a decorative object, Dragon redefines how we experience space. Its form, a dazzling explosion of liquid metal captured mid-motion, is both commanding and ethereal. Shaped by the hands of Terzani’s master artisans, each piece reflects the elemental energy of fire, water, and earth, fusing the organic with the man-made in a breathtaking visual statement.
Whether suspended above a dining table or anchoring a sophisticated study, Dragon offers a shimmering splash of modern elegance. The award-winning Dodo Arslan is a well-respected product designer with his own studio based in Milan. He collaborates with many prominent brands, including Banca Svizzera Italiana, Fondo Ambiente Italiano, Hands-on Design, Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, Saporiti, SpHaus, and Terzani. Thanks to his eclectic style, Arslan designs many iconic pieces and specialized in the furniture and lighting sector. By using only the best quality materials, his products are sustainable for the long haul and double as beautiful pieces of decor as well as practical additions to the space.
As the winner of the Young & Design Prize and Mini Design award, Arslan's work is highly sought after and popular around the world. In addition to designing and running his studio, he also lectures at different universities to help the next generation of designers.
