The Il Paese delle Meraviglie end table is a modern masterpiece and sculptural beauty that is an extraordinary addition to a contemporary space. The crystal-like base is made out of neutral and colored fragmented glass that adds a glamorous feature. Round and pyramid-shaped glass structures are positioned in different formations for added appeal. Six different versions are available that each has distinct personalities and look great alone or in stunning groups.

Paolo Lomazzi

The designer Paolo Lomazzi was born in Milan in 1936 and studied at the city's Polytechnic where he met Gionatan De Pas and Donato D'Urbino. In 1969 the trio founded the design office DDL, which remains famous for the inflatable chair Blow for Zanotta, one of several unconventional seating designs by DDL.

For Zanotta, Lomazzi, De Pas, and D'Urbino also designed the wardrobe Sciangai, reminiscent of the game Mikados. In addition, the trio cooperated with manufacturers such as Alessi, Artemide or Cassina. Following Gionatan De Pas's death in 1991, the trio has been a duo: the legacy of the trio and their contribution to pop culture and furniture design history remains intact.
