I purchased a coffee table from this store 20 years ago. I still have it and still love it. I just moved to a larger home and knew just where to go when I needed another coffee table. The associate who worked with me was so helpful when choosing the materials and when it arrived, it was perfect. I couldn't be happier. And the white cloth delivery and assembly was exceptional. I will definitely be going back to purchase additional pieces.

Thank you Megan for helping us through a difficult order situation. If special ordering a sofa from Italy, make sure you request the actual piece of leather the sofa will be made in. The swatch in the store may be a completely different color and finish.

The tables we ordered (custom made in Italy) are stunning. Room 360 ensured that they were not damaged upon receipt in the USA, then Room 360 delivered them to our home. Excellent service!

For my review, I am simply copying a message I sent to Room Service 360: “Good morning, I've been meaning to write you about delivery of our curio cabinet last Sunday. First of all, we really love the cabinet and are very glad we bought it. But I'm writing primarily to compliment you on the delivery; that is the only thing that prompted this note. The guys that delivered it did a thoroughly excellent job. In fact, it was by far the best furniture delivery we've ever had. Not only were they extremely careful in bringing it into our house and placing it, they spent so much time setting it up, carefully leveling it and cleaning every square inch of it - a lot of glass! They treated it with the care as though it was their own. Plus, I'm sure they were already worn out from the long drive from Philly. Yet, they certainly took no short cuts in the delivery. Needless to say, the cleanup left no trace. The delivery alone would, by far, make Room Service 360 our first choice for any furniture needs in the future. Erin helped me select the base color by showing against white and next to my chairs. She sent multiple pictures of the smoked glass so I could get a better feel for the material. She was patient- it took me close to a month to decide. Very helpful.
