I was looking for a specific accent chair when I went to Room Service 360. The sales staff went through all their color samples with me and found the perfect color and chair. They even suggested the matching pillows for my sofa. I love the finished look.

Amazing experience! We ordered a bed from Italy. The delivery time was exactly(!) according to the specified schedule. The white glove delivery was immaculate. It took two guys over an hour to assemble the bed and the result was perfect. The bed is great too, of course. ???? No surprises whatsoever ????????

Woo hoo Room Service 360 and your customer service team! The whole process from picking out my countertop stools to ordering them to delivery was above par. I asked when the product was going to arrive in their warehouse (hoping to have them in time for my daughter’s wedding) and joked that I would call every day to check in. The customer service person got the joke and we laughed together. The stools arrived sooner than expected and we laughed about me not having to call him every day. The delivery men were respectable. They covered their shoes before entering the house. And the stools are absolutely freaking awesome! A+ to Room Service 360!

Room Service 360 is a great find for all decorating needs. Their online photos are precise and their staff is amazing. There are so many choices and variations that it’s sometimes hard to narrow it down. Each phone conversation was handle politely, professionally and knowledgeable. The delivery was impeccable with understanding my needs as a home owner. The service staff knew what to do and continually worked to put together a fine product. I was informed by the employee of a defect immediately. He took a picture and within a few days a replacement was ordered. Again, the employees answered my questions over the phone or called me back the same day with the response. The service staff that returned to correct the furniture issue was on time, professional and listened to my concerns. My furniture was put together to my satisfaction and looks beautiful in my home. I am so pleased with the wide range of interior design options and am highly pleased with all my interactions with all employees. We bought the Domino nightstands, Sibari nightstands and dresser and the Fashion Armchair and we are absolutely delighted with the quality and design of these items and the service was great. Everything arrived on time and in perfect conditions. Withe glove service was super professional, they were very careful with everything.

From first inquiry about our Mayflower coffee table, to updates, and finally to delivery, RoomService 360 was exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this company, and I have to say that my overall experience was positive. Communication with the company was excellent. They were responsive and helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Their customer service team deserves recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. While the delivery did take a bit longer than usual, it was understandable given the distance the product had to travel. The important thing is that the company set clear expectations and, most importantly, they delivered on time as promised. Punctuality is crucial, and I appreciated that they kept their commitment. The delivery personnel were not only punctual but also polite and courteous. They efficiently assembled the product on-site, which saved me the hassle of doing it myself. In summary, I found this company to be reliable, with good communication, and a commitment to delivering quality service. Despite the expected delays in shipping, they managed the process well, and I’m satisfied with the overall experience.

Looks, quality, service, attention to detail I had the most wonderful experience furnishing my new home with roomservice360. The biggest things that stood out for me was the look they gave my new home, the quality of the furniture and materials, the quality of service from start to end-including delivery/setup and of course the attention to detail that was given by the staff and Erin (my God send). After junking/giving away all of my old furniture and selling my old home in Brooklyn I decided I m going to get everything new for the new place. Coincidently not long before this My sister recently purchased furniture from roomservice360 and she was very very pleased. After hearing her delight I decided to see it for my self. I really did not want to buy furniture from 8 different places and really just wanted to do a one stop shop type of an approach if possible. After getting in touch with roomservice360 (Erin). I was blown away with the meticulous attention to detail she has given my new home. She understood everything I wanted, my budget, my concerns and most important my style. I simply provided her with my dimensions and she literally showed me what my home will look like with the peace’s she had chosen. This was not something I was used to since all my previous purchases I was choosing peace’s on my own and simply had them delivered. This was an experience that really made me understand that I found the right place. Regarding the four elements that stood out the most. Roomservice360 has an amazing showroom that I visited with my husband, I suggest that everyone if possible visit the showroom, however if you don’t it’s ok too. There I was able to see and feel all the furniture on display. The quality is superb. The leathers and the fabrics used feel thick and rich. The hard peace’s look well designed and more importantly well finished on sides, edges and joining peace’s. The staff in the show room is welcoming and extremely helpful. They showed me every option that is available and what else they can do. They were literally bending over backwards to make sure I have the best experience. Finally the last transaction that took place was the delivery and assembly of all furniture. All the furniture arrived not assembled. It was well packaged and really boxed well. The delivery men gently and carefully delivered all the furniture into my home, assembled everything, positioned everything to my likings and most importantly after everything was completed all the trash/boxes/bags/wrapping was removed from the home. This white glove delivery service was AMAZING. Not one scratch, not one scuff mark was left during this process. This was superb!!!! I had such a wonderful experience with RoomService360 from beginning to end! I am a high-end residential interior designer and their products are all top quality. They sent me samples of the finishes so I could select all my furnishings to match all the other elements in the rooms. If they didn’t have samples and I needed to match colors, they matched them perfectly for me. They kept me informed at all times of delivery dates. My products all arrived on time and were delivered together. The delivery and installation team was absolutely fabulous!!! They were on time, were well prepared, courteous, discreet, ultra careful both with the property and the furniture and suuuuuper clean! They left everything spotless. What an amazing experience! Would absolutely recommend!!!.

Room Service 360 fully furnished my entire law office in a timely manner and at a fair price. Everything is of high quality and looks fantastic. Compliments about the furniture are a plenty every time someone new comes to the office. Also, the installers are some of the most professional I have ever worked with. We are completely in love with our new couch! It is the perfect size, color and is very well made. The furniture is very upscale and the leather sofas are beautiful and of exceptional quality. They kept in touch during the manufacturing process and kept updating me on when it arrived and when it would be delivered. The delivery process and set up was smooth.
