Not enough words to say about service and quality. Erin as a designer was AMAZING. Everything that was ordered came in perfect. The delivery and installation team was flawless, professional, neat and exact. I could not be more pleased.

When you enter the store, you are immediately enamored with the style, workmanship and sheer beauty of the Italian made furniture on the showroom floor, which is only a small sampling of the extensive selection from which to choose. My wife and I went to buy a kitchen table and chairs and wound up furnishing our entire new house. The customer service was exquisite and the delivery people were meticulous in assembling and installing the furniture in our new home. A truly memorable experience.

Wow. Just WOW! My wife and I are ecstatic about our new furniture. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but the staff at room service 360 were very professional (and patient lol) and based on our taste they were able to pick out some ideas that my wife and I could choose from. They also designed the room and showed us what it would look like before we made our purchase. The quality, price and service is second to none. Highly recommended. Thank you!

My wife and were heading to NY to purchase furniture for our new condo. We drove past 360 and turned around out of curiosity. That day we essentially furnished our entire apartment and never made it to NYC. It is a family run business with great customer service. They helped us not only with the selection of furniture but also with the design and layout of our rooms. We were able to purchase everything we needed and wanted from 360 including rugs, furniture and accessories. We highly recommend them!!

I received my bedroom furniture today. I'm very pleased with the service, attention to detail, courtesy of the staff. Everything from the order through delivery and assembly went very smoothly.

My wife and I needed to buy furniture for an apartment we purchased in Israel. Our experience with room service 360 was absolutely terrific. The furniture selection is amazing - if you like superior modern Italian furniture they carry every high quality manufacturer in this space. The design services were also great. Erin, our designer, and her team, spent hours with us selecting furniture and accessories that were perfect for our space. She has an outstanding design sense, is great with colors and fabrics and is incredibly patient but always gave us her view about what would work. She incorporated our tastes but guided us in a firm but open fashion. The result was great furniture for our apartment that really captured our preference for Italian modern and fit our space perfectly. Lastly, Steve, who handled the logistical side of the purchase was extraordinary. He managed the shipment and the delivery of the furniture from Italy to Israel flawlessly - gave us all the options, came up with very good prices and was responsive. He found excellent local installers in Israel who arrived on time and did an outstanding job putting together the complicated furniture we ordered. It was an all day job and the installers were talented and extremely courteous. All in all, I would recommend and have recommended the team at room service 360 to my friends. I just wish we had an excuse to work with them again!

`We've worked with Room Service 360 for over two yeas, and always been impressed by their superior customer service, wide selection of elegant, high quality furniture, and unraveling designer advice. We always found what we were looking for and were happy with how it looked in the house, because Erin, the owner and designer spent as much time as needed whether to find a single piece to complement an existing set, or design furniture options for an entire room. We have referred our friends to the store and all are very happy as well. We keep working with the company's team of competent and friendly professionals.

room service 360 was simply superb to work with in the furnishing of a house we recently built. They have a beautiful selection of modern furniture--we could have bought almost everything in the store. And their design service was truly exceptional. Steve (and Erin) caught onto our tastes immediately, didn't waste our time with styles that we wouldn't like, there was no heavy sell, their design skills were wonderful, and all around they were really just perfect to deal with throughout the process. We are only recent arrivals in Philly and thought we would never find modern furniture in this very traditional town, but that all changed when we found room service 360. And beyond sales and design, their delivery and set up team was exceptional. We bought a lot of furniture and all 4 of the men doing the delivery and installation were patient and professional throughout the process. We have built and furnished a couple of houses in the last 15 years and we have not found any place or any people to deal with as good as or professional as room service 360 and Steve.

Their highly trained sales staff worked with me to to ensure that we had the best configuration for the project. The delivery and installation was flawlessly executed. We bought recently some furniture and mattress from 360 Room. First, we visited the store and received excellent service. We were shown many selections of the furniture with great level of details as far as all the features and options. Being from outside of the Philadelphia area, we continued our conversation with Steve over the phone, and were able to narrow down what we were looking for. Steve provided excellent recommendations on the style and the colors of our sectional peace. We greatly appreciated friendly tone of all the discussions with no pressure. The delivery was very timely (considering more the 2 hours drive). I got the call form the driver informing me when they are coming, and they showed up promptly. The guys helped me to remove my old furniture and put together new ones. Specially, I want to thank Steve on recommending the type of mattress for us, which was spot on. We are really happy with our new mattress. Overall, great experience ! I know where we will be buying new furniture from now on.

We just built a custom contemporary home, and we where searching the net for contemporary living room furniture. Room Service 360 had a very nice website, we where interested in one of the Italian lines. I had questions, so I call the next day and Steve the owner answered the phone. He was very help full, answered all my questions. We placed our order, and love our purchase. The design and quality is over the top. I should also mention the white glove delivery service , very professional. We are very happy and will soon order more items for other spaces for our new home.
