Take it from this picky and indecisive shopper, room service 360 is second to none when it comes to high end furniture. I have been to every store in the tristate area looking to furnish my bedroom and living room and I wish I started here first! It is important to me to be able to see what I am buying in person and while other stores display just a few pieces, the showroom at room service is the largest I’ve seen. Both Erin and Steve were amazing to work with and helped pick out the perfect pieces for my space with customized features that changed my definition of comfort. Highly recommend!!

The showroom is impeccable featuring unique and stylish pieces that you won’t find anywhere else! We absolutely love the furniture that we purchased from here, not to mention the super quick delivery and set up! Most importantly, their attention to detail and customer service are second to none. There is no comparison between the “big” furniture stores, where you are often treated like a number, and here, where you truly get taken care of, in the truest meaning of the term. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Our bed, mattress and carpet arrived Friday. Looks great and extremely comfortable. Great service from browsing through design assistance, rethinking and more questions, to purchase and delivery. Nice also to still have brick and mortar store in addition to on line option to visit and see in person beautiful options and design ideas. Everyone was courteous , knowledgeable and helpful witch made a huge impact in our purchase and delivery experience. We can’t wait for our additional purchases to arrive.

Having visited many furniture stores in Northern NJ, I can say that furniture is very difficult to purchase. Most stores are not large enough to display a reasonable variety of options for contemporary furniture. Driving to room service 360 in Philly resolved my problem.The store is large and attractive and the displays continually change. Art spent many hours helping me find the furniture I wanted. Steve and Erin assisted me as well. Prices are very competitive and my purchases were delivered on time. Delivery and installation for multiple purchases was very smooth with special kudos to Alex who was excellent. Unlike many retailers, room service 360 really cares about your satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Super happy with this place and the dining table and chairs we got here! We received a lot of helpful advice during our visit to the store. And the delivery/install was flawless! Would definitely buy there again! Also, the store is gorgeous and definitely worth visiting. I got plenty of design inspirations just by walking around the showroom for other rooms and future projects!

Love this place. Their furniture is so beautiful! Their customer service is amazing. Erin is super friendly and informative. We purchased modern furniture here for our MedSpa and for the house. We ordered a bedroom set, kitchen/dinning room table and chairs. Some living room prices. Their showroom has a large selection to choose from and you can custom order if you want to create your own look with different fabric, leather or color selections. Highly recommended them for tasteful modern furniture.

Was referred to this place by a good friend of mine when I was looking to furnish my new home.. this is a pretty cool place with so much unique inventory from all over the world I was taken back by the amount of choices and different variations of furniture that I was not aware even existed .... Me and my wife were able to pick out exactly what fit right for our new home FYI, this is not a cheap place the stock is a little bit on the higher end but it's well worth it and you get what you pay for.

My wife and I live in Washington, DC and have worked with Erin at room service 360 for several years to refurnish almost every room in our house. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. First, they carry a huge selection of the highest quality European brands that align with our design aesthetic. Furthermore, Erin is an absolutely incredible designer that immediately understood our style and objectives - and was able to turn them into an incredible vision that we could have never arrived at on our own. She used 3D rendering technology that allowed us to play around with different design ideas and pieces, see what they looked like in our actual rooms, and make the best decisions possible - and the end result looked exactly like the 3D rendering, which was pretty impressive. She was so patient and kind no matter how many iterations we went through on each room and worked tirelessly to find the absolute best solution. Beyond her incredible design talents, the rest of our experience was flawless - from invoicing, to delivery, to questions, to post-purchase support. You can have complete confidence in every aspect of your experience and I could not provide a stronger endorsement. Thank you Erin for making our house a home.

Great experience at Room Service 360 with Steve and Erin. We would recommend them to anyone, anywhere! We are close to NYC in Northern NJ, building a home at Jersey Shore. We found them researching furniture and traveled over an hour to shop there multiple times. Worth the trip 100 % in terms of furniture selection and quality, design expertise, price, delivery and customer service. Giant showroom, too. While Erin is the design expert, both she and Steve have great design eyes. They listen to your likes, dislikes and wishes; will look at pictures, room layouts, plans; etc and then you simply let them do their "stuff", showing you what they recommend. We are thrilled with everything we purchased from them and the service etc. Our dining room table was our "big" purchase and it was half the price quoted to us in the only other nearby dealer in Soho, NYC. We bought Cattelon Italia items: Skorpio Dining Table, Anna Dining Chairs and Isabel Counter Stools, and Kitano Coffee Table. Also purchased from their great and inexpensive selection of Surya and Jaipur rugs for 8 rooms (prices beat any found elsewhere).

I love my beautiful Cattelan dining room table. It took me some time to decide whether to purchase without seeing it in person. Ultimately, Steve from Room Service 360 gave me the confidence to pull the trigger and get it. I wasn't disappointed. It arrived during the quoted time frame, was set up perfectly in my home, and it looks exactly as it was pictured. I am so happy with my purchase and the experience.

What a great experience! From the time you walk in, you’re immediately greeted by warm and friendly people. The showroom is immaculate and filled with beautiful furniture. You’ll definitely find whatever it is your looking for. I dealt directly with the owner, and he was great. I showed him pictures of my living room, and he asked a lot of questions to get a feel for what it was that I wanted. He even talked me out of some pieces (and he was right). After we picked out a few pieces, we needed some time to think and make a decision. No pressure and no attitude! Just friendly understanding. He even went so far as to find other pieces that could be customized (size) to my space, and emailed them to me. Once the order was in, we did have to wait a few months, but you can’t rush quality. The couch finally arrived and it was perfect. Definitely worth the wait!! Even the delivery crew was beyond professional and courteous. In conclusion, Room Service 360 delivered on their promise of 5 Star service. Can’t wait to go back for more pieces.

Room Service 360 products, sales, delivery and service is by far the best we've every encountered over the past 40 years of buying furniture. I would give them 10 stars if I could, and recommend them to anyone looking for modern Italian furniture.

We had a terrific experience at Room Service 360! We purchased a beautiful bedroom set which is truly magnificent. We get complements all the time on the high quality and exceptional design. We also purchased a very unique expandable, rotating coffee table which is a true technological masterpiece! The service was absolutely terrific. From the design phase to the delivery, everything was impeccable. If you are looking for a truly unique, high quality furniture then this is the store for you.

We have a long and great relationship with the Room Service 360. We were introduced to them 6 years ago by our friends who, with the help of Erin&Steve, have furnished 3 houses. Erin&Steve helped us to choose furniture for our NJ house. When furniture was delivered , the assembly crew realized that there was a defect in a mirror. Steve organized fast reordering and another mirror was delivered soon. Then we were doing renovation of our Fl house. Erin helped us to choose the furniture and place an order. When the furniture arrived to the warehouse our house was not ready, and the company kept our furniture for 8 more months, and only after the house was ready it was delivered to Florida. It is not only the owners (Erin&Steve) very thoughtful and diligent about their customers but the whole personnel is very attentive to your needs. Thank you, Room Service 360, for doing a such excellent job for your customers!

I bought several items at room 360, for bedroom, living and dining rooms. Erin helped me select every piece both times I shopped. She was knowledgeable, professional and had an amazing eye for decor! The furniture is expensive but is of the highest quality and is worth the wait (takes 12 weeks to deliver from Europe) and the money. I highly recommend it

We have ordered A LOT of furniture from Room Service 360. Working with Erin was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail oriented. She spent a lot of time helping us select not only the pieces, but the fabrics, colors, and finishes. Erin made sure that every item looked perfect and complemented the other pieces in the room!

Recently, we bought a new house and needed to completely furnish it. After doing an extensive online research about furniture stores that carry the type of furniture that both my husband and I like, I found Room Service 360. We traveled all the way from Baltimore to Philadelphia to visit their beautiful warehouse and ended up purchasing a dining table, bedroom set and a living room sofa. We could not be more pleased with the white-glove service that we received and with the furniture that arrived last week. The delivery men were exceptional, accommodating and experienced. The most pain-free furniture purchase we've ever made. Highly recommend for anyone requiring beautiful and good quality furniture.

This is the second time I have placed an order with Steve at Room 360. The first time, I purchased an absolutely beautiful bedroom set, which is still in use today and as lovely, comfortable and exceedingly suitable for the room as ever! More recently, I returned to Room 360 for new dining room pieces. Steve worked with me, online, for hours to help develop the most coordinated and gorgeous selections ever. We started with the table and proceeded from there. I am in awe at how perfectly the set fits into the space and enhances the entire open area. Steve promised my order would arrive in time for an event I had planned and he made it happen!! The delivery personnel were amazing. They were so professional, so careful and explained to me the operation of the pieces. They even polished them prior to leaving. The quality of the furniture is unmatched. I am proud to show it off! Room 360 is my go-to store for furniture and excellent service in a giant way!!!!

I have ordered from ROOM SERVICE 360 all my furniture , art work , rugs , ultra modern lamps for two bedroom condo in Philadelphia in 2008. I still use all those items successfully till this day. Everything is high quality designers made in Italy and Spain. Owners of the store were extremely helpful and attentive in the process of choosing items, ordering , delivery and installation . But, more to it, this year, 2018 , I had some flooding in my condo and furniture had to be removed and installed again , some items needed repair . It is TEN years later I emailed to the store hoping for at least some help . To my surprise, owners have sent the crew to pick up and repair heavy cabinets and lifting mechanism of one of the beds. They then brought them back and reinstalled them on the wall again. And all of it FREE of charge! This is an amazing gesture I am very grateful for . Would most definitely recommend their quality furniture and excellent service !!
