I am extremely happy with the wall unit. Room service provided installation & the installers were just amazing. They were very patient & precise in their work. The unit looks so Elegant & Captivating. Every little details including color & style is carefully chosen. I would highly recommend this Entertainment unit.

This is by far the best furniture company in America where you can order high quality, luxury furniture from Europe. We had a ceramic dining table and chairs made in Italy delivered. Team of 4 showed up to install with white glove service. Product exactly as pictured and made flawless.
So we ordered a desk but needed a custom size. No problem. They hired a special team to assemble the desk to ensure quality.
The desk is flawless and just stunning.

This was my first time using Room Service 360° and it was a very good experience through and through. The ordering and customization process went smoothly. Customer support was very helpful and responsive during the customization process and shipping. The delivery of the piece was also excellent even though my building is a bit complex to deliver to. The piece arrived in perfect condition and the colors were spot on. Overall, my experience was very positive and I can recommend this company to others in confidence.
