Room Service 360 is a one stop shopping experience! I had a pleasure working with Erin, who gave me multiple design ideas based on not just looks but the functionality of items. She truly cares for the end result and goes above and beyond to achieve that goal. The quality of products is really worth the wait! Don’t be scared by how long you need to wait for your furniture! Quality over speed! They work with great manufacturers that produce masterpieces! Don’t waste your time on shopping around, Room Service 360 is the only place you need to go to turn your house into Home!

Wow!!! Cannot say enough about our incredible experience from purchase to delivery and installation. This company is exceptional in all aspects. Very professional, friendly staff offering design services that were very helpful in making sure furniture would work in each respective room. Delivery and installation could not have gone better. We are so very happy with everything we ordered and would highly recommend.

I was extremely disappointed when our Contemporary Furniture store in Buffalo, NY closed. When this happened it left our area with NO high quality contemporary store to shop at. In the last few days I have been able to uncover a store which will more than take the place of our previous store. That store is Room Service 360. I was able to order a piece of furniture which I desired and saw in a catalog from Cattalan, Italia. This store an especially Erin, where very accomodating on fulfilling my request and have been an extreme pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend working with Room Service 360 and certainly plan on doing so as my needs arise in the future. Someday I would also like to visit their store personally. Thank you so much for being there and for such excellent service.

Steve at RS360 handled our Corridor Media Cabinet order like a pro! The product itself is well made, has clear directions with all parts identified and a straightforward assembly. It does require 2 people for assembly as it can be a bit heavy and awkward for one person to handle. Steve was able to guide our delivery to coincide with our schedules and assured us of the shipping timetable and assembly, as well as assisting us with the purchase. Great job all around to this team!

Exquisite! After searching 3 months, both in stores and online for countless hours, for a dining table to furnish an open concept living room/ kitchen, I came across Room Service 360. Their variety of available options per item and the ability to customize their products are unparalleled!! It is safe to say that if you have an idea of something you want, chances are high that this is your place! The service is A+++. White glove delivery was also impressive, with the gentlemen removing shoes and placing blankets down. They got to work and made certain that the expansion mechanism of the table worked perfectly and if not took care to notate and provide necessary changes. This table provided my requirement of having form meet function! It is artistic in its design and having the expansion aspect with how easily and perfectly the added piece moves into place is absolutely wonderful!! Waiting for it’s arrival, as well as cost/value point was well worth it!! Art in customer service was a pleasure to do business with! I will no doubt be a repeat customer. I bought Premier Keramik Drive table three weeks ago and it was delivered to me within 3 days. The table is a very elegant and quality table. I am glad with my purchase and can honestly say it is a sturdy, statement worthy piece of furniture. The color (Matte Golden Calacatta Ceramic) and style of the dining table is fabulous with the base tucked under just right so there is no interference with pushing your chairs completely in. I love the double-sided extensions feature to expand the size when needed. The operation, sliding in and out of the leaves, is very easy. Room Service 360 has not only quality products, but also great customer service. I made a couple of trips to the showroom before I decided which table to buy, and every time I visited the store, I received very friendly customer service. Art Telesh, director of operations, helped me pick the right table for my room size and liking. Art is a very professional, patient and knowledgeable who has a good understanding of the available products and takes time to understand his customer's needs. He worked with me, as well as advised me, in leading to choosing the perfect table for me. He also helped me in purchasing Blitz Dining chairs that are comfortable and complement the table exquisitely.

I ordered a chair which had to be shipped from a distant warehouse. I was given an estimated delivery date of about 4 days but the next day I was notified that it could be delivered to my home in just three days which was great. The deliverymen arrived on time and assembled the chair quickly. The chair is a Lafer Gaga recliner. It's a beauty and very well made.

I knew exactly which chairs we wanted to complement our new dining table that we had bought locally. After an exhaustive search, not only did Room Service 360 have by FAR the best price, they had a much shorter lead time on the exact color we wanted too! The chairs were shipped out on-time within the stated delivery window. When 3 of the chairs were damaged by the shipper, Room Service 360 were very apologetic and quickly shipped out some replacements. I came to Room Service to buy a dining room table and I ended up furnishing my entire house! They have the most incredibly beautiful, high-end Italian collection, competitive pricing, and impeccable service. Working with Erin was a true pleasure and treat. We felt we had a partner and personal interior designer. She spent hours with us designing the rooms, down to the stitching! She went above and beyond, even helped us pick the wall colors! The furniture was delivered without a hitch and everything is just gorgeous!

I ordered a dining table with the sideboard and chairs with "room service 360" and my experience so far has been excellent. I initially contacted Art in the sales department to ask for some information about the products and he gave us valuable information to help us decide what would work better for us. Art gave us some great suggestions on the chairs and sideboard which made our decision much easier. He even sent us a picture of the color samples for the dining table, dining base and chairs to show us how they would look together. I called back a couple of days later to place the order with Art and the process was very easy and simple. Our order is now in process. Although I was a little skeptical on buying furniture online, my experience in dealing with this company has been great and the service that Art provided to us has been exceptional. Finally, I would like to mention that after doing some lengthy research online for dining sets, we found that this company has a great selection of products, more than many other online furniture companies. I would definitely buy from this company again and strongly recommend it.

I ordered a desk from Room Service 360 that unfortunately had a wrong part (packaged incorrectly by the manufacturer). When I alerted Room Service 360 they were very quick to resolve the issue and have sent me the replacement part needed. This was a pain-free experience, which I very much appreciate.

We found Room Service 360 online years ago and have been customers ever since. They have a beautiful showroom for which we drive over 2 hours one way to visit, at least twice a year. The quality of the furniture and customizations available are outstanding. The staff are very professional and know their products inside and out. We just purchased at RS360 essentially all of the furniture for our new 2 bedroom apartment in New York. We received excellent decorating advice from Erin, and we are thrilled with how everything looks, and the evident quality and style of our choices. The entire staff there were invaluable and a pleasure to work with as we navigated our way through order changes, delivery delays due to COVID 19, and building access issues. Delivery and installation (requiring two trips to NYC) was amazing. The wall unit was a real challenge to install - and it was done flawlessly. All of the furniture is in perfect condition.

Just wanted to share my amazing experience with Room Service 360. The service is phenomenal the show room is incredible with so many options to choose from. We ordered our dining room along with accent mirrors, wall paper, and entertainment center. The options are all unique, beautiful, and the quality is above all that we have seen. It took us some time to pick the furniture and the Erin was always patient and helpful we never felt pressured or rushed. Erin's knowledge was so helpful she walked with us and made everything seamless. We were also surprised to receive our furniture sooner than expected. The delivery service was so professional with precision like we have never seen before. Everything was measured to perfection, cleanliness they left nothing behind and installed everything. Every step of the way, they made sure we were happy. Erin, Thank you so much we are in love with our furniture and cant wait to receive the remaining pieces. I recently bought two bedroom sets. One from 360, the other from another store. The one at 360 was much more expensive. But everything in that store is so beautiful, that I just had to get it. Not until the two sets were delivered, did I see the rest of the difference in the two experiences. The guys from 360, took off they’re shoes, then put some covering on their feet. They laid out blankets to put everything together, did an amazing job and cleaned everything up. I sat on the bed, it started to squeak. They instantly made a video of this and sent it to the store. Within an hour, someone called, apologized and told me it will be fixed tomorrow. By the next afternoon it was done! It was just an amazing experience and made me understand why I paid more. Especially when I compared it to the other delivery which I don’t even want to describe. Since then, I bought a few more pieces from there. And every time the experience was great! Not only with the delivery, but with the selection. For my dining room table, I got to pick the color of the table (one of 20), the material, (glass, ceramic or wood), the color and material of the legs, the type of leg, the material on the chair, what kind of chair, etc. Never, in any store, have I seen a selection like that! Seriously, I’m blown away. Thank you guys! You do an amazing job! And you made me understand you get what you pay for!!!

I have been a customer of room service 360 for 2 years and purchased several sets of furniture from them . Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. they take their time to work with a customer on the design and layout true to the size of your rooms. When the custom ordered armchair turned out to be not so well manufactured, they took it back for store credit and worked with us to find exactly what we want. I highly recommend room service 360 and will buy from them again.
